Before AI, there was the eye. Rita Kashayeva spent years working as an artistic director, stylist and set designer across Europe — based in Brussels, shaping visual worlds for artists on the Belgian, French and Spanish scenes, at the intersection of fashion, art direction and performance.
That same instinct for image and atmosphere is what pulled her toward AI. Rather than watch this new wave reshape the industry from a distance, Rita chose to navigate it — bringing a stylist's eye and a set designer's sense of composition into a new medium, and founding Whales to give brands the same level of art direction, translated for an AI-powered age.
